Altered Bottle

Morning everyone, 

I have been busy crafting all morning today and have loved every minute of it - I was supposed to be tidying my craft room but I kind of got side tracked when I found a little bag of birds :) As some of you know I LOVE BIRDS, I can time waste just sitting watching them for hours. 

So I have been hording this bottle along with quite a few more but ssshhhh -

And here it is

I have used Lost and Found paper stack from My minds eye, along with lots of different flowers, beads, pearls, blings, ribbon, laces and the fabulous brooch that I also had been hoarding !! then I found the bag of little birds, and then I found the nests that I brought from the works years ago (see this is why i have started a haul page, I cant remember diddly squat )

A Cameo Card

Evening all

I am still trying to learn with the blogger thingy, does anyone know the answer to this question ?

If I leave a comment on blogger or google+ does it automatically do it to the other one ? or do you have to go to both and leave comments ?

Anyway, thats my little question for today - for those that asked about Mali ( my horsey) being moved, here is a little piccie of me hacking yesterday :)

I have used three different papers and layered them up, added the image, popped on some white flowers and then some caps, and added the letters.

A card for a friend

Hi everyone, 

Update on my blog !! you will see to the left <<<<<<<of you I have added some bits and bobs ! ( I know, im getting the hang of it)) and to the right >>>>>>>> that dam BLOG LIST !! Cant say how relived I am to have finally mastered it !! 

Any way, today is a card day for me - My dear friend Suzee has been poorly and I have made a little card to cheer her up. 

I used Jodie Lee Nature Kit to make this card, I had just enough left over to make the card, I added some beaded ribbon, flowers and some metal leaves and a cameo, I got the cameo as a set of 4 for 99p from the works, I do love them

Altered Bird House for sping challenges

Hello Bloggie Friends

I was playing with my blog to try and make it look more interesting for you !! HA HA that was a joke !! after trying to get the blog list thingy up, I gave up, i ended up with loads of them down the side of my blog and not a single blog to follow !! nothing !! nothing at all to follow !! ((gave up quickly)) 

So I decided to craft as I can really cock that up can I ? or can I !! 

Any how, I brought this little birdie house along with MORE washie tapes today ((I think I am a bit of a hoarder of these, as I have never used a single inch of them )) so this is what it looked like 

this is now 

I painted it with blue acrylic paints and used the crackle paints again, added some flowers, beads and silver thingys and a little birdie.

Altered Shoe

Hi everyone, 

I have been a busy bumble bee today and cracked on with a shoe (my little doggie had chewed it) I didnt want to chuck it away and kept it.  

Today it has been transformed from this

What do you think ? I used americana Decor chalk paint and distress paint on it, added lots of feathers, flowers, butterflys, leaves and card candy.  Im chuffed with it.

So Ive started a blog ......

well hello and welcome to my first ever post !!

Intro first I suppose, My name is Jac, Im a self confessed Pinterest addict !!

I have a wee little one and I will refer to her as the pest for future reference as she is a pest !!

I have been fiddling and farting around with blogger for a while now and wanting to take part in all the challenges around, decided it WAS TIME !!

So I made the blog, that bit was easy.  Making a header !! well that took forever and a day and then when i finally found out how to put it on it was MASSIVE and in the corner ?? what the f&*k is that about ? so I went to my trusted friend Google :) and found this http://arusticlove.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/how-to-center-your-blog-header-in.html this is so idiot proof even i could follow it and bingo i have a header in the right place and size :)

then back to good ole google and found this http://www.ukcraftblog.com/2010/02/starting-blog-easy-tutorial-for.html#.U1lNldJ4ISQ so much information here, which then lead me to adding my first widget http://www.addthis.com/ this was easy to do as well, just fill in your information and it adds it to your blog for you, I like things like this lol

I know my blog is empty at the mo, but I will get there and I will now start showing all the crafty bits I make, the good the bad and the ugly

I hope you come back and let me know how im doing, any comments good or bad I will take on the chin
